This product is amazing. It has helped so much with my husband’s ADHD, irritability, emotional regulation and mood ups and downs. I would recommend this to anyone who struggles with ADHD and is not on medication, particularly helpful for the emotional aspects of it. It’s so easy to take once per day. If you’re struggling with these symptoms, I can’t recommend this more.
